GHRP-2 + Ipamorelin Blend

Fat LossGHS combination / researchExperimental

Also known as: Dual GHS blend

GHRP-2 + Ipamorelin Blend (also called Dual GHS blend) is a research peptide in the Growth Hormone Secretagogue class. This blend combines two agonists at the same receptor, growth hormone secretagogue receptor 1a. Because both act at that single target, combining them does not recruit an additional mechanism the way pairing a secretagogue with a GHRH analog does; it primarily increases total receptor occupancy.

Science

Mechanism of Action

This blend combines two agonists at the same receptor, growth hormone secretagogue receptor 1a. Because both act at that single target, combining them does not recruit an additional mechanism the way pairing a secretagogue with a GHRH analog does; it primarily increases total receptor occupancy. The practical consequence is that the profile shifts toward that of the less selective component: GHRP-2 raises ACTH, cortisol and prolactin more than ipamorelin does, so the combination tends to carry more of those effects than ipamorelin alone while offering no new pharmacological pathway. No controlled human data exists for this specific combination.

Origin

Storage & stability

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptide powder is far more stable than the reconstituted solution. Keep sealed vials cold, dry and away from light; long-term storage is typically frozen, with short-term refrigeration for vials in use.

Once reconstituted in bacteriostatic water, keep the solution refrigerated, avoid repeated freezeโ€“thaw cycles and agitation, and label the vial with the reconstitution date and concentration. Discard any solution that turns cloudy or shows particulates.

Degradation rates differ by sequence: peptides containing methionine, cysteine, asparagine or glutamine are more prone to oxidation and deamidation, so shelf life after reconstitution is compound-specific rather than universal.

GHRP-2 + Ipamorelin Blend: frequently asked questions

What is GHRP-2 + Ipamorelin Blend?

Blend of two ghrelin-receptor agonists. Both GHRP-2 (pralmorelin) and ipamorelin are WADA S2. Not FDA-approved as a combination.

How does GHRP-2 + Ipamorelin Blend work?

This blend combines two agonists at the same receptor, growth hormone secretagogue receptor 1a. Because both act at that single target, combining them does not recruit an additional mechanism the way pairing a secretagogue with a GHRH analog does; it primarily increases total receptor occupancy.

Is GHRP-2 + Ipamorelin Blend FDA approved?

No. GHRP-2 + Ipamorelin Blend is not approved by the FDA for any indication and is categorised as research-only. It has not been reviewed for safety or efficacy as a medicine, and published research should be read as investigation rather than established use.

What is the half-life of GHRP-2 + Ipamorelin Blend?

Reported half-life for GHRP-2 + Ipamorelin Blend is Short; both ~1โ€“2 h combined activity. Half-life describes how long the compound persists in circulation, not how long any effect lasts, and published figures vary with route of administration, formulation and the population studied.

Is GHRP-2 + Ipamorelin Blend banned in sport?

GHRP-2 + Ipamorelin Blend is recorded here as prohibited in sport. Athletes subject to anti-doping rules should check the current WADA Prohibited List directly, since it is revised annually and classifications change.

What peptides are similar to GHRP-2 + Ipamorelin Blend?

Compounds most often compared with GHRP-2 + Ipamorelin Blend include Ipamorelin, GHRP-6, GHRP-1 and Pralmorelin (GHRP-2). They are grouped by shared mechanism or research area rather than by equivalence, and their regulatory status and evidence base differ.
