Partner agreement

Draft for legal review

This is a working draft and not yet the final agreement. It may change before the program opens. Applications record the version you accepted.

Agreement version 2026-10-draft

1. The program

Peptide Library (Superfime LLC, “we”) invites approved partners (“you”) to refer people to the Peptide Library app and website. You apply with a Peptide Library account and a confirmed email address. We may approve or decline an application at our discretion. You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent or representative of Peptide Library, and you may not make commitments on our behalf.

We give you a personal link (peptidelibrary.app/r/…), one or more partner codes and a partner page. A person is attributed to you when they create an account or subscribe within 30 days of opening your link, or when they enter your code. A code takes precedence over a link; between links, the last one before the first payment counts. Our records decide attribution.

2. Commission

  • Standard partners earn 20% and Premium partners 30% of the commission basis: what the subscriber paid, less sales tax or VAT (app store and payment fees are not deducted). Strategic partners’ rates are set in a separate written agreement.
  • Commission applies to the first paid purchase and to renewals for 24 months after it. A lifetime purchase earns once.
  • Free trials, family sharing, promotional periods, refunds and chargebacks earn nothing.
  • Existing paying subscribers, your own account and the accounts of members of your partner account can’t be attributed to you.
  • Matches made without your link or code (for example an install match from an attribution provider) are marked as probable, are never shown as confirmed and are paid only after the full hold and additional checks.

3. Holds and payouts

  • Commission is held for 30 days. Refunded payments reverse their commission.
  • Approved commission is paid monthly once your balance reaches $50, after we have verified your payout details and tax form (for example a W-9 or W-8BEN). Smaller balances carry over.
  • Payouts are made manually by PayPal, Wise or bank transfer, in US dollars. You are responsible for your own taxes.
  • A refund or chargeback after payout is deducted from a later payout.
  • We may hold commission under review when we see signs of fraud or a breach of this agreement.

4. Disclosure rules

You must clearly tell your audience that you are paid for promoting Peptide Library, following the US Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides and the rules of each platform and country where you publish.

  • Disclose in every post, video, story, episode and email that includes your link or code.
  • Use clear words such as “I’m a paid Peptide Library partner” or “#ad”, close to the link or code and before someone has to click “more”. In video, say it out loud as well as in the description.
  • Use the platform’s paid-partnership label where one exists.
  • “Affiliate link” alone, “#sp”, “#collab” or a disclosure buried among hashtags is not enough.
  • Only share honest opinions based on your own use of the app.

5. Content rules

  • Describe Peptide Library as what it is: an app and website for tracking, researching and organizing. Don’t make medical, health, efficacy or results claims about peptides, and don’t give dosing or treatment advice.
  • Don’t say or suggest that Peptide Library sells peptides, or endorses, certifies or tests any vendor or product.
  • Don’t target people under 18.
  • Use our name and logo only as we provide them, and don’t present yourself as Peptide Library.
  • Your partner page is published only after we review it, and we may remove content at any time.

6. Prohibited methods

  • Spam, unsolicited messages, fake reviews or misleading ads.
  • Paying or rewarding people to install, sign up or subscribe; self-referrals and shared or forced clicks.
  • Cookie stuffing, hidden links, coupon or code sites you don’t own, and bidding on “Peptide Library” in search ads.
  • Any attempt to get credit for subscribers you didn’t refer.

Commission earned through prohibited methods is reversed, and we may end the agreement.

7. Privacy

You will never receive the identity of the people you refer. Your dashboard shows counts, products, amounts and statuses with anonymous labels. Our Privacy Policy explains how we record partner link clicks.

8. Changes and ending the agreement

We may change these terms with notice; a new version applies to commission from purchases made after it takes effect. Either side may end the agreement at any time. Commission earned before the end is paid under these terms, except commission from prohibited methods. Equity milestones, where offered, are governed only by a separate signed agreement; reaching a milestone does not by itself grant equity.
