These terms apply to businesses that apply to be listed in the Peptide Library vendor directory through the vendor application. They apply in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
You may apply on behalf of a business only if you are authorized to act for it. The information you submit must be accurate and complete, and you agree to keep it up to date.
Peptide Library does not charge for a directory listing and does not sell placement. Affiliate commissions, coupons and promotions never change vendor rankings, scores or reviews. Peptide Library decides whether to list a vendor and may decline any application.
You grant Peptide Library a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the company and product information you approve, including your name, logos, descriptions, product names and strengths, prices, images, availability, discounts and links, in the Peptide Library app, on peptidelibrary.app and in materials that promote your listing.
You authorize Peptide Library to periodically retrieve publicly available product and pricing information from your website, and to use any feed, sheet or API access you provide, to keep your listing current. Retrieval is done at a reasonable rate. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Listed prices are synchronized periodically and may not reflect your store at every moment. Your store’s prices and terms apply to every purchase. Peptide Library is not responsible for differences between your listing and your store.
You agree to honor any discount you offer Peptide Library users on the stated terms until it expires or you tell us to withdraw it. Affiliate relationships are governed by your affiliate program’s own terms.
Peptide Library users may review and rate your store. Reviews are moderated under our own policies, not removed at a vendor’s request. You must not post, buy or incentivize reviews of your own or a competitor’s store.
A listing is not an endorsement. Peptide Library does not test, certify or verify any vendor’s products, and information about your testing practices is used only to review your application. You must not state or imply that Peptide Library certifies or endorses your products.
You are responsible for your products, how they are marketed, sold and shipped, and for complying with the laws that apply to them. Content you provide to Peptide Library must not include medical or health claims, and must not infringe anyone’s rights.
Never send passwords, API keys or other credentials through the application or by email. If an integration needs credentials, Peptide Library will provide a secure method after approval, and you may revoke that access at any time.
Verification documents, business registration details and private contact information are used only to review your application and to contact you. They are never displayed publicly. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
You can ask us to update or remove your listing at any time. Peptide Library may update, suspend or remove a listing, for example if information is inaccurate, a discount is not honored, we receive credible complaints, or the law requires it.
We may update these terms. The version you agreed to is recorded with your application, and we will tell listed vendors about material changes. Continuing to be listed after a change means you accept the updated terms.
