Peptide research data
Versions
A report edition (for example 2026.1) is frozen and reviewed by an editor; cite it for figures that must not move. The weekly refresh is rebuilt automatically every Monday and published only when its automated checks pass. Older editions stay available in the archive. A file's address never changes its content; the addresses ending in latest and live always lead to the newest version.
No dataset has been published yet. The first edition (data through September 30, 2026) appears here once its checks and editorial review are complete. The methodology describes every file and column below.

API
The same data is in the public API without a key: statistics, trends, publications (paged), per-peptide statistics and datasets under /v1/research. Every response names its version and cutoff.
