Peptide Calculator

Reconstitution and blend math with real syringe markings, one click from any tab.

The Peptide Calculator puts the same calculation engine as the Peptide Library app in your browser toolbar. Enter a vial strength, the diluent you added and the amount you are measuring, and it shows the volume to draw in milliliters and in units on the syringe you choose, with the nearest marking drawn to scale.

It is a calculator, not an advisor: it never suggests or grades an amount, and it only converts between IU and milligrams when you give the factor for that exact substance.

Reconstitution result: 0.10 mL, 10 units, drawn on a 1 mL insulin syringeBlend calculator splitting one draw across two components

What it does

  • Reconstitution, both ways

Amount → volume, or volume → amount: what a drawn volume holds after reconstitution, in mg, mcg or IU.

  • Syringe markings

0.3, 0.5 and 1 mL insulin syringes (U-100) and 1, 3 and 5 mL syringes. The draw is drawn on the real graduations and rounded only to a marking you can measure, with a warning when that changes the amount.

  • Blends

Up to eight components in one vial: draw for a combined amount, for one component, or see what a volume holds of each.

  • History and presets

Recent results are kept on your device; name and save the ones you reuse. Copy any result as text.

  • Optional sync

With a Pro account, saved calculations sync with the Peptide Library app, the same rows the app uses.

How it works

All math runs in the extension with exact decimal arithmetic, from the same shared engine the app and website use, so results match to the digit.

A peptide picked from the library only supplies its name and, when the profile states one, its IU-per-mg factor.

Privacy

  • • Calculations stay in your browser unless you sign in and turn on sync.
  • • No access to the pages you visit: the extension asks only for its own storage.

Frequently asked questions

Does the calculator recommend a dose?

No. It only does the arithmetic for amounts you enter. It never suggests, rates or limits an amount, and it is not medical advice.

Can the calculator work in IU?

Yes, for vials and amounts stated in IU. It converts between IU and mg only with the IU-per-mg factor of that exact substance, from its Peptide Library profile, a label or a certificate. There is no universal conversion, and syringe units are not IU.

Which syringes does it support?

U-100 insulin syringes of 0.3, 0.5 and 1 mL (marked every 1 or 2 units) and 1, 3 and 5 mL syringes marked in mL.

Are the results the same as in the app?

Yes. The extension uses the same calculation engine as the Peptide Library app and website.

Where are my saved calculations kept?

On your device. If you have Pro and sign in, you can also save them to your account so they open in the app.
