GLP-1 tracker: shots, weight and side effects in one app

Peptide Library works as a GLP-1 tracker. You set up a schedule for each GLP-1 you track, log every shot with its injection site, record weight and body measurements, and note appetite and side effects in a daily journal. Reminders arrive when a shot is due, the calendar shows taken, missed and skipped days, and inventory shows what is left in each pen or vial. It runs on iPhone and Android, with schedules, logs and the journal also on the web.

What you can track

Everything sits in one tracker, so the weight chart, the journal and the shot log all line up by date. Patterns between shots and journal entries are shown as timing only; the app does not interpret them.

  • Schedules: weekly, daily or every few days, with start and end dates, and a separate schedule for each form you use
  • Shot log with the time and the injection site, and an undo if you log by mistake
  • Injection site rotation on a body map, with rest periods per site
  • Weight, body fat and body measurements, with goals and charts
  • A daily journal for appetite, energy, mood, sleep and side effects, with severity and notes
  • Inventory: how much is left in each pen or vial, and when it runs out at your schedule

Weight from your scale

Connect Apple Health on iPhone or Health Connect on Android to import weight and body-fat readings from a smart scale. Imported and manual readings show in the same chart. Connecting is optional and read-only.

Private by default

Your log stays on your device unless you turn on sync to use it across devices. Lock Screen widgets on iPhone hide names by default. Peptide Library is a record-keeping tool, not medical advice, and it never suggests an amount.

Limits

  • Scale imports need Apple Health (iPhone) or Health Connect (Android); the web has manual entry only.
  • The app records what you enter. It does not give dosing advice or interpret side effects.

Questions

Is there a free GLP-1 tracker app?

Yes. Peptide Library is free to start on iPhone, Android and the web, with schedules, reminders, a shot log, weight and a side-effect journal. Pro adds more tracked items and cloud features.

Can I track side effects of GLP-1 shots?

Yes. The daily journal records appetite, energy, mood, sleep and symptoms with severity, onset and notes, and can link an entry to the shot it followed.

Does it rotate injection sites for GLP-1 shots?

Yes. Each schedule can rotate through your own list of sites on a body map, with a rest period per site and a history of when each was last used.

Can it track more than one GLP-1 or peptide at once?

Yes. Each item gets its own schedule, reminders and stock, and the calendar shows all of them together.
