Injection site rotation tracker with history
Peptide Library includes an injection site tracker: you pick the site for each entry on a body map, the app records it, and it suggests the next site in your rotation. You can add your own named sites, choose which sites a schedule rotates through, rest a site for up to 30 days, and see when each site was last used. It runs in the Peptide Library app on iPhone and Android.

What the injection site tracker does
Each schedule can have its own set of sites. When you log an entry, the tracker shows the suggested site and the sites that are resting, and saves the one you used with the log. The history then shows every site with its last-used date, so you can see at a glance which areas you have used recently.
- A body map with 20 built-in sites, front and back
- Custom sites with your own names, mixed freely with the built-in ones
- Separate site lists for subcutaneous and intramuscular routes
- Auto rotation (the app suggests the next site) or manual (you pick each time)
- A rest period per schedule, from 0 to 30 days, before a site is suggested again
- Last-used dates and a per-site history
How site rotation works
In auto mode the tracker suggests the site in your rotation that is past its rest period and was used least recently, starting with sites never used. You can still choose a resting site after confirming. In manual mode nothing is suggested, but history, last-used dates and resting status are still tracked.
Only entries for an injectable form count toward rotation. If you track the same peptide as a vial and as capsules, the capsule entries never move the rotation.
Who it is for
People who keep their own records of where each entry went and want to stop relying on memory or a paper chart. The body map and site list are a record-keeping tool: the app never recommends a location that is not in your own list, and it is not medical instruction.
Supported devices
| Device | Available | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| iPhone | Yes | |
| Android | Yes | |
| Web | Not yet | The website does not show sites yet. Entries logged there keep their schedule but no site. |
Limits
- Sites and rotation settings are set up in the app; the website does not show them yet.
- The tracker records and suggests from your own list only. It is not a guide to where to inject.
Questions
Is there an app that tracks injection sites?
Yes. Peptide Library tracks the site of each entry on a body map, suggests the next site in your rotation and keeps a history with last-used dates, on iPhone and Android.
How does the app rotate injection sites?
In auto mode it suggests the site in your own rotation that has finished its rest period and was used least recently. In manual mode you pick each time and it still records history and resting sites. It never suggests a site that is not in your list.
Can I add my own injection sites?
Yes. Add named custom sites and mix them with the 20 built-in ones in any schedule’s rotation.
Can I rest a site before it is suggested again?
Yes. Each schedule has a rest period from 0 to 30 days. A resting site is shown as resting and is not suggested.
Does it work for more than one schedule?
Yes. Each schedule has its own sites, route and rotation mode, so two schedules never share a rotation unless you give them the same sites.
