Peptide journal for daily check-ins
Peptide Library has a journal for daily check-ins alongside your peptide logs. A quick check-in records mood, energy, appetite, sleep and any symptoms, with optional details like symptom severity, sleep hours, stress and notes. Entries can be linked to the peptides you logged that day, and trends show how each measure changed over time. Everything is self-reported, and the app draws no medical conclusions from it.

What a check-in records
Every field after mood is optional, and a blank field means "not recorded", never "normal".
- Mood on a five-point scale, plus energy, appetite, sleep quality and stress
- Symptoms with severity, onset, duration and notes, or "no symptoms"
- Positive changes you noticed
- Sleep hours, hydration and activity
- Links to the peptides and logs of that day
- Free-text notes and your own custom items
Trends and timeline
The timeline lists check-ins in order, and the trends view charts each measure over weeks or months. When a check-in is linked to a log, the journal shows the timing between them. It shows timing only: it never says one caused the other.
Who it is for
Anyone who wants their notes next to their schedule instead of in a separate notes app or spreadsheet, and who may want to share an organized record with a clinician later.
