        BPC157 is researched for inflammation, is also nueroprotective (+ heaps more). Carpal tunnel is compression neuropathy that damages the median nerve, substances that protect or repair nerve fibers (neuroprotective) can mitigate symptoms. If it was me I'd be researching this further 😉 Have you done the courses yet? Super helpful 👌
