Ecnoglutide dosage in published studies and labels
These are the doses used for Ecnoglutide in FDA labelling and published clinical studies, reported as each source states them, one row per regimen. They describe what was studied or approved for a specific population. They are not a recommendation, and none of them is a dose for any individual.

Ecnoglutide has no FDA-approved dosage. Human dosing comes from phase 2 and phase 3 trials in China of once-weekly injections under the skin: 1.2, 1.8 or 2.4 mg for 40 weeks in adults with overweight or obesity, with mean weight changes of -9.1%, -10.9% and -13.2% against +0.1% with placebo, and 0.4–1.2 mg in adults with type 2 diabetes.

Where sources disagree
- The published phase 3 trials enrolled Chinese adults only. Ecnoglutide is not FDA-approved, and these trial doses are not an approved dosage in the United States.
- Doses for weight management (up to 2.4 mg) were higher than those tested for type 2 diabetes (up to 1.2 mg). Its milligram doses are trial arms and are not interchangeable with semaglutide or other weekly GLP-1 drugs.
