reminders you actually act on vs reminders you swipe away

turned most of mine off because they kept firing when i couldnt do anything about them, and once you start swiping them away the habit is gone.

what would help me is reminders that know i already logged it, and one that fires at a time i chose rather than a time derived from the schedule.

anyone found a setup that survives more than a month?

Fixed time of day rather than derived from interval is what made mine stick. Schedule decides which days, I decide the hour.

Suppressing the reminder once the entry exists is the obvious missing behavior. Being nagged about something you've done is what teaches you to ignore it.
