Pralmorelin (GHRP-2) dosage in published studies and labels
These are the doses used for Pralmorelin (GHRP-2) in FDA labelling and published clinical studies, reported as each source states them, one row per regimen. They describe what was studied or approved for a specific population. They are not a recommendation, and none of them is a dose for any individual.

Studied regimens and sources
GHRP-2, developed as pralmorelin, has established human dosing for one narrow purpose: a 100 mcg intravenous bolus used as a growth hormone stimulation test. It is a recognised diagnostic alternative to the insulin tolerance test in Japan. There is no FDA-labelled product and no trial establishing a repeated-dosing regimen for growth hormone or body-composition use.

Where sources disagree
- The 100 mcg dose is a single diagnostic stimulus given once in a clinic to provoke a measurable growth hormone response. It is not a treatment dose, and nothing about it validates repeated administration. GHRP-2 is nonetheless sold with protocols of 100-300 mcg two or three times daily.
- GHRP-2 raises ACTH, cortisol and prolactin as well as growth hormone. That is documented in the same human studies used to support its growth hormone effect.
- Approval as a diagnostic agent in Japan does not create a US approved dose, and DailyMed lists no product under pralmorelin or GHRP-2.
