Pemvidutide dosage in published studies and labels
These are the doses used for Pemvidutide in FDA labelling and published clinical studies, reported as each source states them, one row per regimen. They describe what was studied or approved for a specific population. They are not a recommendation, and none of them is a dose for any individual.
Research and educational reference only. This is not medical advice, and no figure on this page is a dosing recommendation.

Studied regimens and sources
Pemvidutide has no approved dosage. Human dosing comes from Altimmune's trials of once-weekly injections under the skin of 1.2, 1.8 or 2.4 mg: in the IMPACT phase 2b trial in MASH with fibrosis, 1.2 mg and 1.8 mg without titration met the goal of MASH resolution at 24 weeks but not the fibrosis goal. A phase 3 MASH trial of 1.8 mg and 2.4 mg is recruiting.

Research-reported dosing
Doses as studied, one row per regimen. Different trials used different regimens; they are listed separately rather than averaged.

Where sources disagree
- IMPACT met one of its two primary endpoints (MASH resolution) but not the other (fibrosis improvement) at 24 weeks.
- The code ALT-801 was also used for an unrelated interleukin-2 fusion protein studied in cancer. Papers and registry entries about that ALT-801 are not evidence about pemvidutide.
- Pemvidutide is not FDA-approved.
