These are the doses used for Pasireotide in FDA labelling and published clinical studies, reported as each source states them, one row per regimen. They describe what was studied or approved for a specific population. They are not a recommendation, and none of them is a dose for any individual.

Pasireotide has FDA-approved human dosages. Signifor for adults with Cushing's disease is 0.3–0.9 mg under the skin twice a day, starting at 0.6 or 0.9 mg. Signifor LAR is injected into the buttock muscle every 4 weeks: 10 mg to start in Cushing's disease (up to 40 mg) and 40 mg to start in acromegaly (up to 60 mg).

Where sources disagree
- Signifor (twice-daily injection) and Signifor LAR (monthly depot) use different doses and routes and are not interchangeable.
- Both labels call for fasting glucose, HbA1c, liver tests, an ECG and potassium and magnesium levels before starting (Signifor also lists a gallbladder ultrasound), because pasireotide can raise blood sugar. Both say to avoid use in severe hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh C).
