Hexarelin (Examorelin) dosage in published studies and labels
These are the doses used for Hexarelin (Examorelin) in FDA labelling and published clinical studies, reported as each source states them, one row per regimen. They describe what was studied or approved for a specific population. They are not a recommendation, and none of them is a dose for any individual.

Studied regimens and sources
Hexarelin has a published human dose-response study: intravenous doses from 0 to 1.0 mcg/kg in healthy adult men, with the growth hormone response reaching a plateau at 1.0 mcg/kg. That study also measured cortisol and prolactin release, which is the finding most often left out when hexarelin is discussed. No product is approved and no repeated-dosing regimen is established.

Where sources disagree
- Published human dosing is weight-based and intravenous — 1.0 mcg/kg is roughly 70 mcg for a 70 kg adult. Hexarelin is sold with fixed subcutaneous protocols commonly quoted at 100–200 mcg two or three times daily, which is both a higher dose and a different route from anything published.
- The same dose-response study that established hexarelin's growth hormone effect also reported cortisol and prolactin release. Secondary sources routinely cite the growth hormone finding and omit the other two, which come from the identical experiment.
- The published work is acute and single-dose. Desensitisation with repeated administration is a recognised issue for growth hormone secretagogues and is not addressed by a single-dose study.
