Best Peptide Tracker Apps in 2026: Features, Pricing and Picks

An editorial guide to eight peptide and GLP-1 tracking apps: what each one does well, what it costs, where it runs, and who it suits.

Last verified · Published by Peptide Library, which has a commercial interest in this comparison. How we compare

Quick answer

Which peptide tracker app should you use?

There is no single best peptide tracker for everyone; the right app depends on what you track and what else you need from it.

For a free tracker with no subscription, Peptide Tracker (Flat Six Labs). For a prescribed GLP-1 medication, Shotsy. For nutrition alongside a GLP-1 routine, Pep AI. For wearable data next to your log, PeptIQ. For private, detailed vial records on iPhone, Peptide Tracker & Calculator. For AI help setting up protocols, PepTracker. For several protocols side by side with on-device storage, PeptidePal.

For peptide research and vendor price comparison in the same app as your tracker, Peptide Library, which publishes this guide.

Method

How we evaluated the apps

  • Research resources

Is there a compound library, does it cite sources, and is there research data beyond profiles?

  • Tracking workflow

Logging, history, notes and how quickly a dose is recorded.

  • Scheduling

Recurring patterns, cycles, titration and reminders.

  • Inventory

Vials and other containers, automatic deduction, run-out, expiry and alerts.

  • Vendor research

Vendor listings, price comparison and price per mg.

  • Platform support

iPhone, Android and a web app.

  • Pricing and free access

What works without paying, and what plans cost on the US App Store.

  • Privacy

Where data is stored, whether an account is needed, and what the privacy label says.

  • Health integrations

Apple Health, Health Connect and wearables.

  • Ease of use (not rated)

We didn't test the apps hands-on, and design is partly taste, so we don't score usability. Each app is free to download if you want to try it.

Comparison methodology

We read each app's US App Store listing (description, release notes, In-App Purchases and privacy label), its Google Play listing where one exists, and the developer's own website, on October 25, 2026.

A feature counts as present only when one of those sources states it. When no source mentions a feature we write "Not advertised", not "No"; we write "No" only when the developer says a feature is absent or was removed. Where sources disagree, we say so.

We didn't install or test competitor apps for this guide, and we don't score or rank them. The picks below follow from the documented features, and competitors win most of them.

Prices are US App Store prices. Several apps list more than one price per plan, so we show ranges; the price shown in the app is the one that applies.

App Store ratings aren't shown: they change daily and say little about whether an app fits your needs.

Facts about Peptide Library come from its own pages and store listings. Apps are listed alphabetically after Peptide Library; the order isn't a ranking.

Research

Research features compared

Most trackers include some kind of compound library, but they differ in depth. Several publish no count, PeptidePal's listing gives two different counts, and glp1.app describes 100+ compounds and blends. PeptIQ and Peptide Tracker & Calculator mention research references; Peptide Library's 200+ profiles cite their sources and are backed by publication and trial statistics.

Tracking

Tracking, scheduling and inventory

Every app here logs doses and sends reminders, so the differences are in the details: cycles and titration, inventory that deducts as you log, run-out forecasts and injection-site rotation. GLP-1-focused apps (Shotsy and Pep AI) skip vial inventory and focus on the routine around the dose instead.

Vendors

Vendor and price research

Only Peptide Library lists vendors and compares their prices. PeptIQ states it doesn't list vendors but offers a cost-per-mg calculator for offers you enter; the other apps don't advertise vendor features.

About vendor listings. Vendor listings, prices, reviews, coupon codes and commercial partnerships are not independent proof of a product's purity, safety, legitimacy or suitability for human use, and a listing is not an endorsement. Peptide Library does not sell peptides. Some vendor links are affiliate links; affiliate status never changes the order vendors appear in.

Pricing compared

FAQ

Peptide tracker apps: frequently asked questions

What is the best peptide tracker app?

It depends on your needs. Peptide Tracker is the strongest fully free option, Shotsy suits GLP-1 medications, PeptIQ suits wearable users, and Peptide Library suits people who want research and vendor comparison alongside tracking. The picks above explain why.

Which peptide tracker app has the most downloads?

Nobody can say for certain: the App Store doesn't publish download counts, and Google Play shows only broad install ranges. Rating counts are a rough signal of how many people use an app, but they also depend on how often an app asks for a rating, so this guide doesn't rank apps by them.

Which peptide tracker apps are free?

Peptide Tracker has no subscription at all. Shotsy keeps its core features free. PepTracker and Peptide Library have free plans with limits. Pep AI requires a subscription for tracking, and PeptidePal and PeptIQ do not clearly describe a free tier.

Which peptide tracker apps work on Android?

Peptide Library, Peptide Tracker, PeptidePal, Pep AI, Shotsy and PeptIQ are on Google Play. We found no Android app for Peptide Tracker & Calculator or PepTracker.

Which peptide tracker apps have a web app?

Peptide Library, Peptide Tracker and PeptIQ. Peptide Library's web app can be installed from the browser, and its library and vendor prices need no account.

Is there a peptide app that compares vendor prices?

Peptide Library is the only app in this guide that lists vendors and compares price per mg. PeptIQ has a web calculator for offers you enter but states it does not list vendors.

Do peptide apps still include reconstitution calculators?

Some do and some don't. Pep AI and PepTracker removed theirs, citing App Store rules. PeptidePal and Peptide Tracker & Calculator list calculators, and Peptide Tracker's sources disagree. Peptide Library's calculator is on Android and the web.

How were these apps evaluated?

From each app's App Store and Google Play listings and the developer's website, read on October 25, 2026. We didn't test the apps hands-on and don't score them; features no source mentions are marked Not advertised.

Recommendations

Final recommendations

Start from what you track. If it is a prescribed GLP-1, Shotsy or Pep AI will feel built for you. If you run research peptides, look at the trackers with inventory and cycles: Peptide Tracker, PeptidePal, PepTracker, PeptIQ, Peptide Tracker & Calculator and Peptide Library.

Then decide what else you want in the same app: wearables (PeptIQ), AI protocol help (PepTracker), maximum privacy (Peptide Tracker & Calculator), a fully free tracker (Peptide Tracker), or research and vendor comparison (Peptide Library).

Whichever you choose, the research context matters as much as the log. Peptide Library's research profiles and vendor prices are free to browse on the web without an account.

Disclosure and method

Peptide Library publishes this comparison and has a commercial interest in helping you evaluate its platform. Competitor features and pricing are reviewed using publicly available information: App Store and Google Play listings and each developer's own website, read on . We identify situations where another app may be a better fit.

We did not install or test competitor apps for these pages, and we don't score or rank them. A feature no source mentions is shown as "Not advertised", never as missing. App names and icons are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to identify the apps; Peptide Library is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Spotted something out of date? Tell us and we'll check it against the developer's sources. Corrections follow our editorial policy.
