Cjc+ipa best practice dosage

Peppi_katSenior Fellow

Ive just started researching this blend. 3x wk at 150mcg Some posts suggest MUST be at least 3hrs away from carb intake, research in this training says 2hrs fasted. Which is best practice? Im also researching Ratatouille 1x dose wkly (on wk12 now), semax AM/day, Klow PM I don't want combinations clashing either My main aim is to support The Ratatouille & muscle preservation/growth, sleep support. I've lost 7+kgs so far and also weight train

    Ratatouille does contain carbs.

Thx for the short reply however It doesn't contain carbohydrates. It's molecular structure is 39 amino acids with fatty acid link. Since asking this question ive move my CJC/IPA to fasted AM due to a slower gastric emptying from R3ta. The guideline to research CJC is at least 2 to 3hrs fasted and this rule doesn't apply to R3ta due to not being able to know how long food remains undigested fully. Ive taken the safer route and completely away from any foods 😊
