Lyophilised vs reconstituted storage — two completely different problems

Storage advice for the powder does not transfer to the solution, and vice versa. They're different physical states with different failure modes.

When someone says "this is stable at room temperature", the first question is which state they're talking about. The answer is usually the powder, and it's usually being repeated about the solution.

    The table works well. The room-temperature claim drift is real — I've seen manufacturer powder data quoted about a vial someone reconstituted two weeks ago.
