the label says a mass, which i now understand is the total amount of powder in there, not a concentration. concentration only exists once you add liquid.
is that right? because it took me embarrassingly long to work out and i suspect im not the only one
That's exactly right and it's the most common misreading. The vial states total mass. Concentration is something you create when you reconstitute.
